There are two types of water fitness programs for adults. Swim Fit is a swimming based fitness and stroke correction programs in beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Water exercise programs are aquatic based exercise to improve circulation, balance, mobility, strength and cardio.

Water Exercise Fitness without the need to swim, water aerobics is a healthy, safe and very fun exercise.
Class Times: Tuesday 11:00am – 12:00pm 1:30 pm – 2:30pm
Wednesday 6:00 pm – 7:00pm
Thursday 11:00am – 12:00pm
Friday 1:30 pm – 2:30pm 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Gentle Well being Class This class is designed for those looking for a gentle form of exercise that is low impact and highly beneficial. It is open to all ages and abilities.
There is a maximum of 10 people per class. Bookings are essential.
