Fitness without the need to swim, water aerobics is a healthy, safe and very fun exercise.

Gentle Wellbeing Class

This class is designed for those looking for a gentle form of exercise that is low impact and highly beneficial.
It is open to all ages and abilities. There is a maximum of 10 people per class. Bookings are essential.
